Absolutely love this image from a newborn shoot a few weeks ago. Such a gorgeous little girl, who just curled up serenely in this fur-lined bowl. Really love the natural symmetry and balance.

All things new…

Today feels like a fabulous day for some change!

First, I have a new design theme for my blog. Loving the clean layout as well as the simplicity. Very fresh and light. Perfect for spring. And perfect for highlighting images from shoots.

Second, I have some new kit in my photography studio. Just received delivery of some wind machines (yes, that is plural!), as well as some fabulous new infinity wall backdrops. Colours range from damson to crocus to larkspur. Love them all — their actual colour tones and their names.

Have 2 shoots coming up this weekend and will definitely be using the new kit. Looking forward to sharing some of the images next week! Will post some here as well as on my website (www.studiodeidre.com).
